Whatever your size, don't go stuffing yourself to pack back on the pounds. However, you probably don't have much of an appetite if you dropped drastically in weight. Begin by just incorporating breakfast, lunch and dinner, even if it's not a big serving (a breakfast bar, half a sandwich). Vary your meals to give your body the various nutrients it needs. Perhaps it would be easier if you dined with someone you're comfortable with, such as a family member, friend, or co-worker. You should gradually gain your weight back. Eat what you like!!

Get rid of the stress. Handle it or disconnect.

In today's world every people work and they face lots of stress so they cannot stop working. they have to, so to prevent weight loss

see you lose to much then theres a MAJOR backblast of calories etc. but if you want scientific version well you should keep looking
