HM dive is not officially a HM anymore & it is considered a move
it is only available in Pokemon 3rd generation & why would Steven be in Pokemon Platinum?? & also a Pokemon that learns dive if you want it to migrate it to platinum, I DONT THINK SO, bcuz it is BANNED, so you cant migrate a Pokemon learn dive, But there some Pokemon that naturally learns dive through leveling up
Huntail, Gordbyss, Relicanth, Phione, and Manaphy & Also, you can let a your Pokemon learn it from the Move Tutor on Route 212 (for 2 red shards, 4 blue shards, and 2 yellow shards).
