How do you get the second master ball on ruby?

1. Go to island one and talk to Celio(In the pokecenter), he will tell you he needs a ruby for the network machine. 2.Leave the poke center and go to the beach. Surf across the beach to the next beach,then cross kindle road to get to the end of that beach . 3. Surf across to another beach go up all the stairs into mt.ember. 4. You will see two paths take the right one you will see two team rocket men,once they are gone enter the cave. 5. Follow the trail, keep going down.You will come to a room with plates filled with strange writting at the bottem right you will see stairs going down use them! You will see the ruby take it to Celio.
must have 70 Pokemon owned then go to the bottom of moutain ember go to the right and battle team roccet grunts

after you get the first gem and give it to celio you need to find the Sapphire.go to the island that has the ruins and go south.you will need to battle your way through a few trainers before you find a locked door.go into your Pokemon and use cut teach one of your Pokemon cut if you have not already done so.battle your way through the place inside the door until you see the Sapphire.a scientist will steal it from you but he gives you the second password to the rockit warehouse go there and you will have to make it through a maze.you find the scientist beat him and you will recover the gem.give it to celio.

ok i am not improving your answer infact asking one thing,that in my Pokemon blue sea edition a professer is standing by the iron door saying " i can't figure out how to get in, i should tell you that i found this place,don't look envious....." NOW how to get rid of him because when he's standing there i cant use cut!!!!!! please help me here!!!

well...the ruby and sapphire gems are important for celio to activate his trading machine.

but first,u need 2 go to mt. ember.at the left,you will see 2 rocket grunts talking about the 1st password in there hideout at 5 island.then,they will fight u.after that,you can now go 2 the cave behind them,go through it then u will see the ruby.

the sapphire can be found at the 6 island at the "dotted hole".well u see the door is closed but u can open it by using cut at the front of the door.then,u should follow these steps to get through the bottom:1.)up 2.)right 3.)left 4.) down...then the team rocket's researcher follow u and he will take the sapphire.but dont worry,he will tell u the second password for the team rocket's 5 island hideout.at the top,u will battle the researcher and if u beat him,he will give u back the sapphire.now, u can give celio the gems.after he resembles it, you can now trade pokemons to your friends who use emerald,sapphire and ruby versions.

Ok it's a bit difficult BUT, listen carefully

#1. Go to Six Island, work your way all the way down to the cave and there will be a steel door blocking it just use the HM move Cut on the door and it will open

#2 the directions to bottom are as follows otherwise you'll get lost: North, West, East and finally South and a Scientist will steal it from you LOL (WTF) anyways..

#3. The scientist will then give you the 2nd password to the secret rocket warehouse on island 5 when you go there it'll enter automatically when you click on the door beat all the rockets and then the scientist to get it.

Warning: Although these are stray rockets they have pretty high leveled pokemon so bring your best or your dead meat.

You can get a second master ball.You can get more master balls just if you use cheats.I prefer to play on Nintendo DS.Only on the game on PC you can use cheats.
