Shaman is better (once reached rank 5) ithrows on more damage and energy embrace strengthens it. It also has a higher crit and it can higher it's crit chance.

I would say Skyrim has better replay ability since you can choose many different ways of playing the game. Skyrim also has thousands of mods to install to fundamentally change how the game is played.
Its not better call of duty has to do with fighting wars and having an intence story while skyrim has to do with magic and dragons and weird nerd creatures
Critical hits (in short crits) get distributed at random in TF2. You have chances to increase your crits, as a Sniper you can make headshots, and there are weapons that give more/less chance for a crit. Also there is a Sandvich that gives an big crit boost, it drops randomly.
