well you can ask your parents to join a homeschool group, a local kid's drama club or a mixed gender sports team (swimming tends to be the big one) if you don't have the kind of parents you can tell you want to meet girls, or you live in a rural area where there aren't really such groups for you to join, you can always join a teen-web site, though you should always be smart about on-line dating and understand that while that might be good emotional, you have to understand you'll live with out the kissing or handholding you might want, if you can't deal with that than you might have to wait till you're out of the house to have a girlfriend
