There are many ways that you can excercise for free. You can go running or jogging. When you do so by a river bank you get the pleasure of the view and the excercise at the same time. If you're not a fan of jogging/running you can walk. There are usually a lot of events that cities sponsor that are free for example if you were to live in New York City the website is nycgo.com all of the free events are usually listed on the city's website. On cable they usually have those channels where people excercise or do aerobics in the morning and -bonus- you can do it from home. Although you would have to pay for it the Wii is also a really good investment and you can also do it fromm home or with others and it's also a really good system of entertainment.
