An autograph that is not authenticated by a creditable company could sell at half the price or less than one that is. Two of the top, and most trusted authenticators are PSA/DNA, and James Spence Authentic -JSA (See Related Links) Collectors will pay more for signatures authenticated by either one. It may sound odd but in some cases PSA/DNA, and JSA authenticated signatures may sell higher than a Letter of authenticity from an unknown or less trusted authenticator that witnessed the signing even though PSA/DNA, and JSA did not. It's just a matter of collectors trust, and collectors will pay more for it. Check the respective websites Show Schedule to see if they will be in the area that you live. They also do business through the mail.

What is the difference between flying alone and flying with a licence?

In order to fly by yourself, or "solo," in the USA before you have your Private Pilot Certificate you need to have at least a valid 3rd class medical certificate/student pilot certificate, have passed a pre-solo written examination, been trained in certain areas pertaining to your solo flight, and been signed off as safe and competent to make a solo flight by a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).Technically, a student pilot certificate is a "license," but in order to fly whenever you want by yourself/with passengers without a signoff by a CFI, you need at least a Private Pilot Certificate and at least a valid 3rd class medical certificate.

If an 18 year is kicked out of the house and the parents will not give her her birth certificate can she do anything Is the birth certificate legally hers since she is 18?

The original certficiate is held by the appropriate authority dealing with births, deaths and marriages. You can usually obtain a copy of it for a small fee, simply by going to the authority and asking for one. It may take several days for it to be processed, but you then have a certified copy of it; from that, you can create as many copies as you like and get them certified yourself. You may also need a birth certificate to get a passport or to leave or enter a country, therefore, it is easy to get. You have it to prove your identity and/or residence to prove citizenry.

What do you need for someone to pick up your birth certificate?

It varies from one state to another and may depend on whether the birth was out-of-wedlock (or other circumstances). The subject or a parent can generally get a certified copy of a birth certificate with just proof of ID. In some states, this extends to grandparents, spouses and children, with some evidence of the relationship. Anyone else would need a power of attorney written specifically for obtaining the certificate. It might be easier just to do it yourself. In many states, the Vital Records department has a web site where you can order a certified copy of your birth certificate, which they will send you by mail. Or, you may be able to order it over the phone.
