You can achieve skill points by completing hidden tasks or skills on a particular level. In the case of Size Matters, there are 25 skill points distributed around the game, and various websites that tell you what you have to do to get the skill points. By collecting skill points in Size Matters, you can unlock different cheats in the game. Skill points appear in every R&C game, apart from Quest for Booty.

All you really have to do is just gain up levels or buy some skill points for 24,000 dollars.
Ok. i didnt know how to do this, but i did get it. what i did was play through the game on a different save, and that's when it hit me! This might seem impossible, but i think you need to complete all of the skill points. Get all trophies, then go to the Phoenix and look at the skins list.
You have to achieve certain tasks. One is to get 100000 DreadPoints. Another is to get either all the skill points or a certain number of them. You click the 's' button on your keyboard to have an overlook on all your skills. Click the up arrowed button to add a skill point to the skill. Basically, the more skill points you have on a skill, the stronger it is. I would suggest you apply all skill points on attacking skills than buffs. Plus, you should put the skill button on a hot key like 'z'
A portal to the insomniac museum, just like in going commando, but with info about up your arsenal instead, and I'm pretty sure it's unlocked by achieving all skill points.
