Once you have gotten data on 50 pokemon in your pokedex, go to fuschia city and exit through the Eastern path. In the little police hut there will be some stairs, go up and claim your reward from Prof.Oak's aide!

Flying, walking, teleporting, it doesn't matter to me but you have (at least) catch 50 pokèmon, (the typings don't matter in this case) and then to to route 15 (in whatever way you want to) enter the building go to the stairs, (on the bottom right corner) and go take a seat, take the button with the controller that points to him, click on the a button talk to him and if you have 50 pokèmon, you get granted the EXP.SHARE as a token of his gratitude.
and I recommend you give it to THAT ONE POKEMON!!! WITH SUCH A LOW LEVEL YOU WANT TO SHOVE A LIVING HYPNO INSIDE YOU!!
