You could get a train to Glasgow and from there, get a shuttle bus to Glasgow Airport, which is quite close to the city.

ANS 2 - Actually the quickest way by far is to simply drive from Edinburgh to Glasgow Airport along the M8 -about an hour.

Take the Airport bus from Glasgow International Airport to Glasgow Queen Street railway station, then a "ScotRail Express" train to Edinburgh

Take the train from Glasgow Queen Street station to Edinburgh and get off at Edinburgh Haymarket. Murrayfield is only a 10 - 15 minute walk from there.
