Every afternoon, between 1pm and 2pm, Jasmine is in the Olivine City Restaurant (near the Pokemon Centre). Talk to her, and after you get her pokegear number, she will disappear. Now go straight to her in the Olivine Gym, and talk to her TWICE. The first time she says "How about we...um... it doesnt matter." If you speak to her for a second time, she says she would like to trade with you. "My Steelix for anything of yours, I do not mind." I gave her a Magikarp, just to be spiteful
