The Game Master provides on-line in game monitoring for all Nexon games to ensure Nexon's Terms of Use and specific in game policies are being followed. This person will investigate reported harassment issues and escalate as needed based on the investigation. They will also manage and execute special in game events for on-line users.

This is temporary position located in our Los Angeles, California office with employment being handled by a third party vendor. Shift hours and days may vary as department hours are adjusted. Applicants need to be available to work additional overtime hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Local candidates will only be considered for the position
• Be thoroughly familiar with company on-line game playing policies and Nexon's Terms of Use.
• Monitor and manage players to adhere to the company policy in playing the games.
• Assist the players only when necessary, upon supervisor's approval.
• Document any activities that require further investigations.
• Organize and run events for the player base.
• Adhere to posted game policies of each product support.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by Customer Relations Manager and/or Supervisor during the course of normal business game operations.

Qualifications:

• Flexible work schedule. All employees may be required to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. Overtime may be requested during times of high volume due to game updates or product launches.
• Must be able to deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Possess good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• General experience with Massive Multiplayer Online Games and with Role-Playing games is preferred.
• Work in team collaboration, be open to take suggestions and follow directions given by the supervisor.
• Must be proficient in English spelling and grammar.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills a must.

Find the guild headquarters in Orbis. You will need a party of 6 to create a guild and only the leader can make it. After the guild is made you can delete the other 5 people if you wish. The leadership can never be passed in the guild. The guild leader can also give their guild members the rank of Jr. Master which allows them to invite/expel people to/from the guild, also they can change the guild notice.

Unlike a party, you can't change the Guild leader. The only way you can (and I HAVE done this) is to disband the Guild, then re-make the Guild with the same name and choose someone else to be the leader of it.

You must sign at the guild manager in the park, usually you don't get in unless you PvP the leader or general, your friend owns the guild, or the guild is desperate for members.
