Make sure you go to a good spot to go. Just advertising at a small street corner will get you nowhere. Go to a park or a large sport event.
You should promote the lemonade itself telling people how good it is and why they'd enjoy drinking it.
First and foremost before doing anything begin with the name of God, He alone can help you in any matter. First of all your lemonade must reflect the hard work you have put in it. Needless to say without doing your best effort you cannot be expected to achieve your goal. So here's what you do:
1. Dress nicely.
2. Put on perfume (Smell nice).
3. Have a colorful and attractive stall.
4. Smile but don't overdo it.
5. Greet your customers warmly.
6. Keep fixed price of lemonade.
7. Experiment and use new recipes to make your lemonade different from the rest.
DO NOT EXPECT IMMEDIATE RESULTS AND BE PATIENT.
This may sound a bit weird, but you've got to be willing to embarrass yourself.
Perhaps think of something dear to your town or a well known local legend/fairytale/story, you could even make it 'themed lemonade' exploiting the very essence of your town.
Perhaps instead of standing/sitting behind your stand, why not stand a few meters in front of it and offer the people walking past some, this will make it harder to ignore you.
My village has an old fashioned train station where people dress up to entertain punters who have come for a train ride to the past, I set up a lemonade stall with some friends many many years ago and we dressed up and sold it there (with their permission of course).
you could always lower your prices, or do what I did with a friend, label it the "best lemonade in the universe ever".
if you're really desperate then get some fake customers, just a few people to come along with you and walk up to the stand complimenting you loudly "this is the best lemonade I've ever had, I'm coming back later!" This however is not really a 'business tactic' and if anything just very fun to see friends act like they don't know you and create often loud and overly dramatic characters for each other.
Good luck.
Its needs to be sunny. No one drinks lemonade on a rainy day. (Except weirdoes) Make sure you have a reasonable price. A good price might be fifty cents or less.
you should totally add a water bowl for dogs to drink

If customers feel and think that they are getting a great deal, then in their mind they think that they wont find another deal like it. You need to make them feel that way to attract them to purchase your item(s) unless you arent selling anything
