If your computer is having trouble opening your CD try this. With the disk in the drive, go to My Computer. Right-click on the drive and choose Explore. To fix the Autoplay feature you may want to go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en

∙ 14y agoPut the CD in the computers optical disk reader. If the computer does not react within a couple of minutes, open a file explorer, and browse to the CD then open a folder on it and select a picture then press <Enter>.

∙ 11y agoHow are you trying to view the pictures? Are you putting the CD into your PC? if so, what type is it?
For argument's sake, let's say you're using a PC, and you want to view the pictures on the CD on your PC - insert the CD, and then open up My Computer, and look for the CD drive (Usually D drive). Double click it, and it will open up the CD for your viewing pleasure.
