OK so you stick your card into the computer and a box should pop up. you click input pictures and then another box pops up in the lower left hand corner of the screen and it will say import, click it. then it will say tag these pictures and you can tag them or exit, your choice. but then your done. you go to my documents and the new folder should be there.
