If your face is swelling you maybe have an abcess. That may mean that you have to get antibiotics to get rid of the infection and also the swelling.
And also with swelling of the face do not, I repeat DO NOT use a heating pad on it because the heat promotes the growth and spread of the infection. Use an ice pack if you can stand it or a cool wet wash cloth. == ==

∙ 13y agoNOO!!! ibuprofen is TOXIC to Dogs Liver...I lost my DOG this way!! DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR DOG IBUPROFEN....1mg of Benadryl per weight of dog, re-administer same dosage if needed after 8 Hours not to exceed 24 Hours and contact the vet Imediately
