Or you can buy products from your local drugstore that can reduce the redness and pain that comes with razor burn. I recommend BikiniZone, for any area.
Apply over-the-counter 1 percent hydrocortisone cream to help the razor bumps heal and fade away. They should go away within 1 to 2 days of use. Apply the hydrocortisone cream sparingly and discontinue use as soon as the bumps disappear.
Bathe first before you begin shaving. Bathing in warm water helps your skin become softer and this can result in less damage from shaving.
Shave with a shaving gel made specifically for sensitive skin. Many shaving gels contain aloe to help soothe the skin. Some people can use plain soap but soap is often the culprit in a case of razor burn.
Use a brand new razor when shaving the bikini area. A dull blade can do a lot of damage to this sensitive area. Pick a razor blade with multiple blades to give you a close shave.
put on aloe after shaving and the redness and itchiness will be gone the next day!
You can try applying waxing oil (the oil they put on you after waxing), aftershave, or other creams and gels such as Bikini Zone.
You have shaven too closely and have a sort of "road rash". If you use a soothing lotion or even a triple antibiotic cream, it will be better in a couple of days.
hydrcortisone should get rid of your rash
Stop shaving or using hair removal cream. Make sure when you do shave you use a shaving lotion and that you also use a deodorant with moisturizing features in it. Ensure that it is not an allergy to something you are using such as soap.
Bikini zone is a cream that you can buy that helps get rid of the reb bumps from shaving and also helps with the itching and pain from it. You can also use benadryl spray too. Both of these things can be found in the medication section at wal-mart or any drug store.
