To obtain the Stealth Camouflage item in Metal Gear Solidfor the PlayStation, you must get the ending where Meryl dies. You do this by submitting to Ocelot's torture after you are captured. Otacon will give you the Stealth Camouflage at the end of the game, and it will be available on the next playthrough using the same game save.
