Turn on the Pokemon modifier cheat. Start your game. Go near some grass. Hold L and R. Keep holding L and R, go to the bag. There will be 493 masterballs in the items section. Say you want Charmander. Stop holding R but keep holding L. Since Charmander is no. 4, throw away 489 Masterballs. (493 minus the pokedex number) Keep holding L. Do not ever release L. Get out of the menu. KEEP HOLDING L!!!! Walk around in the grass until you find a wild Pokemon. If it isn't the right one, try again, cuz you might have let go of L for half a second. If it is the right one, let go of L and catch the Pokemon.
