You cannot create your own personal WikiAnswers page for your account. However, your Bio Page is the only page on WikiAnswers that is pretty much yours to decorate to your liking (appropriately that is). Other than your Bio Page, no page on WikiAnswers is yours, and you cannot create another bio page, either.
The only page that you can have on WikiAnswers is your Bio Page, which you automatically get and can edit at your leisure when you sign up for a WikiAnswers account.
The transition from "bio page" to "profile" was made to bring WikiAnswers more in-line with its parent website, Answers.com.

It could be that you are not logged in. When you ask a question on WikiAnswers, you do receive a "contribution" credit, the total of which is shown on the bio page of registered users. However, you will not appear on the "Contributor" tab of the Question History page. This currently displays the same edit info as below the answer window. You have to click "view complete history" which takes you to the History tab to the left! (After 500 contributions, you get the Bronze Contributor badge in place of the contributor badge. And you get a different badge as you reach higher levels.)
