Just have your Sim rest for a long time and it should go away. But if you have Free Time and your sim has the Grandmas soup option just give your sim that.
Or , You could enter this cheat ;; When you are playing that family press ctrl shift C. Then enter maxmotives. Keep on doing this and soon it'll be better.

∙ 15y agoI'm not sure, but you have to have your sims stay in bed for a few days. Call your sims work and have them call in sick so they won't take as long to cure. Then, bake it at 360! lol. Or you could type boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true . exactly that way. and look for the makemesicktester and choose make me immune or something.

∙ 9y agoIn the sims2 seasons as you know you will get sick sometimes, usually because of staying outside in the cold for too long. If you are sick, you should quickly go inside, eat or make sure you are have full hunger, and then sleep. Also maintain all needs with green level. After continue to rest, and later on a pop-up will say your sim is healthy. Also while you are still sick avoid working, going outside, and other sick sims! And do not eat any spoiled food, you will know it is spoiled if it is green with flies around it. This should cure your sim!

∙ 13y agoget them 12 hours of rest like sleeping napping or lounging its simply unless u have more than 2 ppl in the house u have to separte them but they can die from that in like 10 days if you really wanna kill them!
