AnswerSupport the car well and release the parking break. Drum will come right off.They get rusty. Use WD-40 at the center part of the drum between the lug bolts being careful not to get any on the shoes and inside of the drum, a few bangs with a rubber mallot wouldn't hurt then use a pry-bar like a tire tool or really big screwdriver but try not break anything.
