Go right until you see the sand pit. There will be a thing throwing boomerangs at you. Sink in the sand and keep going right. There is a green-ish block. Out of the sand on the greenish block. You will go to a whole bunch of green-ish blocks. Go down and then right to a block jumper. Stand on it and jump when it jumps up near the star.
