How do you get to the top of bell tower in soul silver?

I do not know but you can get to the bell tower if you have heartgold and the kimono girls to do the dancing when ho-oh arrive. if you have soul silver you will be able to get ho-oh, he will be lv 70 you will need to pewter city, in kanto. you may have to wait a while to get there. there will be an old man who will give you the rainbow wing. go to bell tower and get to the to, ho-oh will be waiting, i used the master ball, or use on mew two later...

if you mean the tower where ho oh is then in ecruteak

OK. you probaly have NO idea what hes talking about. if you go to ecruteak city you will see the burnt tower.DO NOT go there. there will be a building rite next to it. enter that building and you will see a couple of bald dudes.(no offense to people who have no hair) go to the right and talk to that guy. he will let you through after you have the jhoto gym badges. you get ho oh ther after you talk to a man in petwer city. hope this helps bra!

to get inside Bell Tower and battle Ho-Oh in Pokemon SoulSilver you will need to defeat all 16 gyms and Red, and to go to Pewter City and talk to the old guy that will give you the Rainbow wing, then you can the monk that guards the entrance

Go to Pewter city in the kanto region. Then you will see an old man on a little up lift hill. Talk to him and he will give you the Rainbow wing. After that go to Ecruteak city. Then go to the burned tower. Go inside and talk to that monk dood he will let you go down these stairs. When you get out of the stairs follow the path till you see bell tower. Once you get inside the monk will let you in cause you have the rainbow feather. and you on you own from there.

go to Ecruteak City and go to the Burnt Tower the building next to the tower is where you go to the Bell Tower speak to the man and he will let you in

if you win battle talk to the old man then you'll battle him.

If you win he will give you the next instructions.

The man will only let you through once you have defeated all 16 gyms, Elite Four twice and Red. You also need to get the Rainbow Wing from the old man in Pewter City to recieve Ho-Oh at level 70 :)

1st fl - 5th fl is easy but once u've reach'd the next couples it starts get'n hard. YOu go down ledges 1, 2, 3. Then the next 2 after on the left. Go 2 the 1st teleport and then the 2nd on the next fl. Then the 3rd or the 4th on the 1 after. Once u've reach'd the last fl go up the lad'r n' there in front of u r the Kimono Girls. Give th'm the Rainbow Wing n' they'll summon Ho-oh 4 ya. They u no what 2 do.
