Its simple, first make sure he knows its name. Cut a hotdog in to smal pecies. and sit away from you dog and say "come" make sure he sees the treat and repeat this but slowly reducing the treats you give your dog.

My dog is great at coming when I order him to. I taught him that by going on a normal walk with him in the forest, and when he didn't pay attention to me I turned around and ran the other way and yelled "come!" to him. Once he came to me I gave him one of those dog snacks, a hotdog if you want. I started with this when he was very young because he didn't feel safe alone and he wanted to stay with his family. Therefore he always turned around and ran to me when I said "come". Now he's used to always come when I tell him to.
