It depends. If you like a boy or something and you dont know him, maybe start talking to him, and act interested in him or vice versa if you're a guy and you like a girl.
Otherwise, just try starting a conversation with the person. It may help to break the ice, you never know.

∙ 13y agoMaybe your not listening to him. Try being nicer, compliment him, ask him for advice stuff like that. Just plain talking to him and telling him you would like to talk to him more. If, there is a specific problem that your trying to talk to your brother about to try to sway him from doing something he shouldn't then there might not be anything you can do. You may need to talk to your parents. Without knowing more details it's hard to answer.
