Step-By-Step Instructions

- Use Fly/Walk/Bike/Run to Castelia City.
- From the Pokemon Center, go to the left all the way and go down the steps.
- From there, talk to the man standing next to the boat. He will let you on.
- Defeat all of the team plasma grunts.
- Go into the room. There are a few grunts inside. Defeat them.
- Inside the next room is one last grunt and Victini. Battle the grunt.
- Afterwards, the grunt will let you battle Victini. Do so.
- If you accidentally defeat it, leave the room and come back. It's still there.
- Tada! You have yourself a Victini.
