How do I unlock my 1998 I 30 radio reset
I have a 51 plate Peugeot Partner van with a standard radio. The radio code should be a 4 digit code with each number having the value of 6 or less. The code is entered using just the 1-6 radio channel numbers, and that's it no need to press any other buttons the radio should just spring into life!Good luckTommo
I had this problem several times and its a fail safe. If the battery or radio is disconnected the radio will need a code. Once the right code has been put in it should never ask you again unless you disconnect the battery again. You should be able to get the code from Peugeot.
I went to the dealer with the VIN and he was able to give the radio code

If you mean the radio immobiliser leave the ignition on for ten to fifteen minutes or when you are driving leave radio on and it will reset itself ready for the code. If you don't know the code check your booklet or pull radio out, check all round and if you lucky someone will have put it in either of these places. If not your local Peugeot dealer will be happy to rip you off and supply it. (assuming it original Peugeot radio of course, otherwise cheaper to get a new one).
