My '96 has a sticker on the inside of the hood which shows how the belt is routed. If your car doesn't have the sticker but the old belt is still on the car, I'd make a sketch of the path the belt takes before I changed it. Or, you could pick up a Chilton or Haynes manual at your local auto parts store. They're about $16 nowdays, but worth the price if they answer just one question. NOTE: there is a belt tensioner in the belt path. I've read that there is a special tool available to release the tension, but you can usually figure out how to do that with a screwdriver or some other tool.
