To keep from gaining weight with little or no exercise, (although I do not recommend it) you ought to keep you caloric intake between 1200-1300 calories because when it comes down to it, no matter how many calories are from fat or carbohydrates, you're weight is direclty correlated to your intake, eat less, weigh less, eat more, weigh more. And actually you will be able to maintain a lower weight from not exercising because much of what your eating is not being used efficiently in your body and is often just transfered to waste. Exercising a lot and eating a lot is bound to make you bigger, you efficiently use your calories and exercising makes you more hungry. However, I would recommend a re-examination of priorities because even though one does not gain a lot of weight from lack of exercise it is because your body is not receiving the nutrients it needs to sustain normal body function. Ideally( and this is the hardest to do by far) exercise little bits at a time and fight the urge to eat more afterward. If you exercise very hard for a burst of time you're likely to crave food more urgently. If you do little bits of exercise at a time you'll be able to fight the craving more easily.
Keep feeding your pups and they will gain weight.
No
yes because if you keep gaining weight you can stop your heart from pumping because blood can not get to your whole body
You cant. You keep on gaining a little at a time until you get 1000.

Women like to keep their weight a secret because they don't want people to make fun of them if they are a little overweight.
In sports you exercise. When you exercise you burn fat off that you may have eaten earlier. Remember to always keep hydrated!

No, in some cases. The faster you lose weight and the more calories your suddenly cut off may increase your chances of gaining MORE weight. Dieting properly may aid in keeping weight off.
