'The only way you would know if a girl likes you is if she possibly sits next to you in any of your classes. Another way is that if she always talks to you about real things instead of things like, I love Oranges, or, if she sounds ditsy then don't go out with her. Almost all ditsy women are not worth anything because they'll break your heart soon. Another way is if your friend in the same class asks her if she likes you and he is her friend too and she says yes to him and he says yes to you then that means go for it! From experience, always go after the girl who you think likes you instead of telling (a girl!) that you like that someone.'

Honey, you have to let this one go and move on. You can't force someone to want to be with you. If he really likes your friend and she likes him, too, chances are that they will be together, for a while at least, anyway.
