AnswerPut a straight dark line on a piece of paper. Close one eye and slowly rotate the piece of paper. If the edges of the line appear more clear in one orientation and more fuzzy in another, you have astigmatism.

Go to an optometrist, which you should do every two years anyway. They can pick up many more diseases and conditions than just those of the eyes.

or if you have glasses, put them right in front of your eyes horizontally, straight up your arms, then turn it in 90 degrees(no matter which direction), if the object(it could be anything) squeezes or expands then you have astigmatism.
