for moderate gum disease they would do a deep cleaning and remove all the plack from your teeth, if you have a cavity go get it checked out if its a fresh one they will drill it and fill it if its bad then you would need to get a root canal all of this can be prevented by going to the d3entest and brushing your teeth more

Sometimes if you have ever seen them, they are dissolvable tablets that you put in your mouth and swish with water. Then spit and when you look in the mirror there will be red splotches where you need to clean more.
