Your spouse should talk to you about getting pregnant once they're at a certain level of hearts. You'll need 6 dark red (marriage) hearts for the Harvest Goddess or King, 5 for the Witch or Wizard, and 4 for everybody else.

After this, you should assume you're pregnant. Oddly enough, the game won't actually tell you when you're pregnant.

2 Best Ways to Check:

1) On your calendar, it will have the date the baby is coming. This should be 2 weeks from when you get pregnant. Unfortunately, if 2 weeks from then is in another month/season, you won't be able to see it until the month/season changes over.

2) Most villagers will make a remark somewhere along the lines of "Congratulations", and will reference you having a baby.

Alot of people say it takes 20 days to know you're pregnant. Do you have to wait 20 days after your anniversary? And also people say you need your spouse at ten hearts. If I don't have my spouse at ten hearts after 20 days of my anniversary, will I be pregnant? And is it true that I will have to wait 2 seasons for my baby to arrive? Please help! after your wedding buy the largest house size (XL) then a season after your wedding the kids bed will be available buy that then the next day you will have the pregnancy scene
