okay first what every girl needs to do is have time to work out what shes going to do. i have been doing this work out for 3 years, i started when i was 11, and lost 10 pounds within a year. Now im 14 years old and im 85 pounds! heres what i did: 1.found a great sport that i can do at least two times a week ex: karate, boxing and other hands on sports 2. find a goal. my goal was to lose 20 pounds. 3. walk to school, to the store and forget the situps. walking is great if you can get an mp3 player and run around your block 2 times a day.

14-year-olds do not need to diet, but if you cut out sugary drinks and eat sweets in moderations and eat a healthy blanced diet in ypur everyday-life, they will be gone by the time you reach adulthood. And then you'll also have a naturally strong and healthy body.

When you are young you have a lot of muscle (possibly hidden by fat, but it's still there), and if you diet you will lose this muscle weight. It is becasue of these muscles we say that "When I was younger I could eat like a pig and still get away with it" etc... So don't try to crash diet - you are still growing and you can turn things around quite easily.

Start living healthily now and you will be gratefull for the rest of your life! Also, if youy find a sport or hobby you enjoy this also can lead to a strong healthy body.
