You don't. It takes a long time to get fat and it takes just as long to un-fatten yourself! The way to get the weight off AND KEEP IT OFF is to change your diet and start exercising regularly. Eat healthy foods in smaller portion sizes, drink water or unsweetened tea or coffee instead of sodas or energy drinks, stay away from junk food entirely and exercise at least 3-4 days a week.

some diets are more extreme than others, but i would say you could probably loose 1 stone after 5 or 6 weeks from being on a stable diet. maybe not eating carbs and things too fatty or sugary
