-A glass cake pan
-Margarine
-2 cans of pineapple chunks
-2 cans of cherry pie filling
-1 box of white cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the glass cake pan lightly.
Directions:-Pour both cans of pineapple chunks evenly into the bottom of the glass cake pan.
-Pour both cans of cherry pie filling evenly on top of the layer of pineapple. (it is helpful to use a spatula for this part)
-Without mixing in the eggs, water or oil into the white cake mix (as it might instruct you to do so on the box), just sprinkle the DRY cake mix over top of the cherry pie filling layer as evenly as possible.
-Cut margarine into pieces about medium sized and place them equally in spaced rows across the top of the cake mix. When it is baked in the oven, the margarine will melt over the cake. Not all of the margarine must be used.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, when it is done baking it will have a golden brown crust on top.
