* After you are finished with your project, add two chain stitches. Remove the hook and cut the last chain stitch. Pull the loose end tight, and you will have knotted the end so that your project will not fray apart. Most people choose to weave in the ends, too.

you bind off your stitches . to do this you knit the first two stitches then using your left needle pass the first stitch you just knitted over the second stitch you just knitted. you should now have one stitch again on right needle. knit the next stitch and pass over again .. keep knitting only one stitch at a time and passing over after each one knit till all are gone but one stitch .. when you have only one stitch left on the needle .. yarn over the needle and pull it thru the last stitch to close and end

  • Cut yarn between project and skein/yarn ball.
  • Yarn over (pick up yarn with hook)
  • Pull 'tail' completely through loop on your hook..this will remove loop from hook as well
  • Pull 'tail' tightly = creates knot

I think you cut off the wool so there is still a little bit left, and thread the wool through the loops of the french knitting. Then pull it tight. Why not look on YouTube.
