Firstly, The Sims 3 Supernatural is required to even get vampires and werewolves. Secondly, there is no such feature in Supernatural and thus it would be impossible to make hybrids of 2 different life forms.

you can become a plant and a social bunny a werewolf and a vampire. to become a plant you have to have Sims 2 seasons, to get to be a social bunny you have to have just regular Sims 2, for werewolf you have to have pets and for vampires you have to have nightlife but there's a cheat called 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' just like i spelled it no caps. that will get you to become a vampire without the Sims 2 nightlife. but if you don't like cheats then you can always become one by , plant sim all the planting awards by gardening and get the werewolf by getting bit by a werewolf, and the social bunny you have to get your Sims coo coo and a guy will come and take your Sims away and you will never see you Sims again and for the vampire just go down town and a see if you can find a vampire.hope that helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I think you will find that you HAVE to have the Sims 2 nightlife to become a vampire even with the cheat it is only a quicker way if you cannot be bothered to look for the vampires.hope i answered the reason you couldn't get a vampire with that cheat without nightlife.You can also type in the boolprop thingy majig (which they said above) then press shift on the Sim you want to become a vampire and walla! a menu will come up and just find MAKE MY SIM A VAMPIRE! beware, your vampire will burn in the sunlight so do it indoors and get a coffin ready first! hope this helped!
