Some games have the "windowed" option in their graphics or video menu.
Some games allow you to Alt+Enter for Windowed.

Find the shortcut for the computer game you want to play in windowed mode instead of full screen.
Right click on the shortcut, select Properties.

You can't make the batch file automatically open up in fullscreen mode, but you can do this: @echo off mode 800 "Commands here" This will open the batch file in a rather larger-than-normal window, but it will not be in fullscreen, the user of the batch file must click the maximize button to make it fullscreen.
set your screen resolution to the lowest settings, in-game. Or you could try setting the screen options to "Window". Which allows you to play the game in a window, instead of a laggy fps fullscreen.

The only way to record a video in wizard101 is(that I know of) to go to wizard101. Options. Gameplay options. Fullscreen>off. Then use a screen recorder (such as hypercam 2) to record the window.
