Put canola oil in a pan, just enough to coat the bottom. Heat up the oil over the stove. To check if the oil is hot enough to fry potatoes, I drop a little piece of potato in the pan. If it bubbles up, the oil is ready. Now add salt, pepper, and parsley to the oil and put in the peeled and grated potatoes. Put on more spices if you want and let the potatoes fry. Flip them after they have cooked a while and check if they are browned. If they are, they are done on that side. Now all you have to do is fry them on the uncooked side.

There are many different ways to make hash. Here's a good and simple way:

You will need:

Clippings (leaves, stems, buds) from a cannabis plant

A 4-piece cannabis grinder, a sifter or a very fine cloth

And some plastic foil, a bowl, a metal cup or tin can and some hot water.

Here's what you do:

1. If you don't have a grinder then place your cannabis clippings in the sifter/cloth and place it over the bowl. Then shake the sifter/cloth over the bowl and you will see a fine powder collect in it. This is called kief.

2. When you have collected your desired amount of kief, place it on a piece of plastic foil and flatten it out a bit (like a pancake). Then fold a layer of foil over it, two wraps should be enough.

3. Now boil some water and pour it into a metal cup or tin can to make it warm. Grab the cup/can with some oven mitts or a towel (beacuse it will be really hot) and gently press it down on the kief wrapped in plastic.

- Don't use fire or an iron or something, beacuse if you melt the plastic you will destroy your kief. Before pressing the hot cup/can against the kief, test it out on another piece of plastic foil, to make sure it's not too hot. -

Press the hot cup/can against your kief for a few seconds at a time on each side of it, until it hardens and gets a darker color.

Then unwrap the plastic foil and you're done!
