I have been searching for years for one of the original chat rooms...one where you just talk about life...not being single and needing a date or more than that. Is it that I just can't get my keywords right in my questions? Or, is it that there are not longer people who think of nothing else but you know? I used to be able to talk to people around the world about what my life here was like and the difference of how their life was there. So, if you can, let me know how I can start a chat room that deals with things like this instead of #$%& like that. I am a 58 year old student who really wants to talk when things bug me or intrigue me...no matter what time of day or night it is. You will need to run a telnet server like Small Telnet Chat (STC) a chat server to which you can connect via a telnet client or Telnet Chat Server in C++. jdkchat, a simple multi-user chat daemon for Linux.
