There are several ways in which you can get a Minnesota Special class boilers license. ∙ 9y agoTo obtain a boiler's license a person has to complete training. This training is usually both text and hands on. The hands on part might be done by working as a boilerman's apprentice. Then there is a standard test that has to be passed that is given by the state.
