THE KEY TO DILUTING YOUR PISS IS TO TAKE CREATINE NORMALLY AND USE WHATEVER YOU ARE DILUTING IT WITH 4 HOURS BEFORE YOU GO IN FOR THE TEST, AND DRINKING A GALLON ODF WATER or CRANBERRY JUICE WITH YOUR SUR-GEL OR NIACIN. for niacin, you can also take 4-5, 5 hr. energy extra strength, because they have 200% daily intake of niacin.
