1. Use the Adrenaline pill.
2. Wait for 8-ball to get ready the run him over CAREFULLY and bury the car on top of him.
3. Get a small fast car and run them all over.
4. Find a rocket launcher, doubt there will be any in Portland. or use flamethrowers.
5. Do it the usual way.
6. Use Cheats
I have used everything except for the rocket launcher, flamethrowers and cheats...its so HARD.

∙ 11y agoDrive 8-Ball to the docks and watch let 8-Ball speak. Get out of the car and run upto the rooftop of the warehouse across from the ship. Aim your sniper and shoot one of the guys on the ground guarding the ramp. At this point 8-Ball will start running so take out the other guy quickly. Then just move through the guys on the ship. The key here is to not rush yourself. Take your time to kill them, because when you rush you get anxious and you'll be a lot less effective with your shooting. Kill the gangsters from left to right calmly and it should be a breeze.
