What would you like to do?
As the Apple does not make their computer support the Blu-ray playback, you need third party tool to help. So an external Blu-ray drive is necessary. You can use the Samsung SE-506A. In addtion, you also need a Blu-ray Player Software like the Aurora Blu-ray Player, Macgo, DVDFab, etc.

The only Mac currently in production that can read mini- or non-standard-shaped discs is the Mac Pro, as it is the only Mac with a tray-loading drive. All other Mac models fe…ature slot-loading optical drives (the MacBook Air does not have a built-in drive, but there is an optional external optical drive that is also slot-loading), and can only take standard sized discs.
A Wii uses DVD drives and outputs only standard definition video so it won't handle Bluray discs at all. Although the Wii has been available for a number of years, there are n…o published plans to develop and HD version of the console at the time of writing (2010). No doubt the will be an HD version in the future but as the Wii has found its niche in family entertainment and fun games, video quality is not a big concern for most users.
The answer is No, but not exactly. There is no Blu-ray optical drive avaiable on Mac. If you want to enjoy Blu-ray on Mac, you need an external Blu-ray drive and a Blu-ray Pla…yer Software. I am using the Aurora Blu-ray Player and the Samsung SE-506AB. It just work fine for me.
No,the external add-on drive is HD-DVD which isn't BD compatible.Read some where Microsoft are considering making a BD disk drive.
PS3 must be connected to a 1080 p HDTV with an HDMI cable and the setting set for that, then you put the disc in the Drive and click it when it comes on the screen. Without a …HDTV with 1080 p and the correct A/V cables you can not play in 1080 p Sony makes it clear in there ads that the 1080 p HDTV and HDMI Cable must be purchased seperately Video output in HD requires cables and an HD-compatible display, both sold separately. Copy-protected Blu-ray video discs can only output at 1080p using an HDMI cable connected to a device that is compatible with the HDCP standard. HDMI cable not included. If a device that is not compatible with the HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) standard is connected to the system using an HDMI cable, video and/or audio cannot be output from the system. Due to manufacturing differences, some optical discs may not perform properly.
You should be able to use CD ROMS (CD-RW, CD-R, DVD, DVD-RW, DVD-R, etc.) or any other general PC-compatible disc. I don't think you will be able to play any Nintendo, Sony or… Xbox games on the Mac.
You need an external Blu-ray drive and a third party software like Macgo Blu-ray Player. Until now, this is the best I ever used for my MacBook.
Only if it has a Blu-Ray reader inside
A Blu-Ray player is the first requirement. To watch the content in high definition, an HD television with an HDMI connection is needed but a Bluray player can also be connecte…d to a standard definition television using the analog connections. The benefit of HD will be lost, but you are still able to watch the content.
Only if your computer has a Blu-Ray compatible hard drive
Only if your computer is enabled with a Blu-Ray player.
There is several choice. And you can download them for testing, like Aurora Blu-ray Player for Mac, etc.
No.It cannot play it because it only has a game cd player not a dvd player
