Sperm are ejaculated from the penis through the urethra. The urethra is a tube which runs from the outside to your bladder. The end of the urethra can be seen by pulling back the foreskin. The slit observed at the end of the penis is the emergence of the urethra.

The Vas Deferens is the tube which connects the testes to the urethra. The sperm travel up the Vas Deferens to the urethra, and are ejaculated subsequently from the tip of the penis.
