If you want to, you could just Sign Out by clicking on "Skype", then click on "Sign Out". Then you will be done. When you open Skype again, it's going to ask you for you only for your Password. It will still remember your Username/Skype name.
If you don't want your Skype name to be shown, then follow this:

You can not link Chatroulette and Skype!
For Windows: 1. Go to start : 2. Find Skype on the list and double-click on the folder 3. Find the folder with the user name you want to delete and delete it
Follow these step by step, * Go to the "Start Menu" on the bottom left of your computer's screen. * Locate and click on "Control Panel". * Find the "Add Or Remove Programs" icon and double-click it. * Here you'll see a whole list of programs & applications that are installed on your computer. Find and select the Skype and click "Uninstall". * Confirm that you want to uninstall Skype by clicking on "Remove".
Go to 'Start' - 'Control Panel' - 'Add/Remove Programs'.
You go to 'Start' - 'Control panel' - 'Add/Remove programs'
On your desktop, click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. A list will then show up with "currently installed programs." Scroll down to the Skype program, highlight it, and then click on Remove. If this method failed, try to enter the safe mode by pressing F8 on boot, then you can fully close skype, than find out all the skype leftovers in C:/ programs files/Skype, and delete them. If you think to find out all the leftovers is inpossible, an uninstaller can make it possible and easy.
Either remove it from Start>>Control Panel>>Add or Remove Programs(In Windows XP) Start/Windows Logo>>Control Panel>>Programs and Features>>Uninstall a program(In Windows Vista and Windows 7) If you are unable to remove it from there or you are unable to find the program in the list use the uninstaller for that program from Start/Windows Logo>>All Programs and then select the program and then uninstall If for some reasons like virus you are unable to remove a program by Control Panel method you can start your PC in Safe mode(For Safe mode restart PC and keep tapping F8) and then uninstall it.
Well, I'm not sure if there is a setting in Skype itself, but I do know that you can change the programs that run at start-up, and this can keep your Skype from auto-logging in. If you are on a windows machine, open the command line (run), and type in msconfig. Now click the tab "startup" and uncheck Skype from the list. If you use macintosh, you'll have to figure out how to change the start-up programs on that OS.
Well,If you go to start menu >> control panel>>add and remove programs… it will give u a list of programs you want to uninstall.. Or a better and easier way for you to completely uninstall any unwanted application that standard Windows Add/Remove Program can't remove.Using an uninstaller with a high reputation is highly recommended.Just google it.Good luck!
