Trojan horses and worm viruses that do dot respond to fixes are probably best removed be removing the infected progranmfile. The file in question is downloaded from your computer manufacturrer and therefore is part of the operating program. I recommend, as does Microsoft (MSN), that your computer manufacturer be contacted to fix this problem.
This is because they can assist you in removing the infected file (s) as well as reinstalling a new uncontaminated and undamaged file (s).
You have to turn "System Restore" off on the infected hard drive. This option is in "Control Panel" in the "System" directory. Then reboot into Safe mode and run your antivirus program. In some cases you don't even have to boot into safe mode. Once the infection has been detected and deleted, reboot into normal windows and you can turn system restore back on.
This method has worked for me numerous times.
Files placed in in the _SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION FOLDER are source files for the systerm restore function that is available in windows XP operating system. Files that were healed were moved in their original INFECTED state into this folder and it is necessary to DELETE them by following these steps:
1. Close all open programs. Then right-click My Computer on the windows desktop.2. Click on Properties.3. Click on the System Restore tab.4. Check Turn Off System Restore on all drives.5. Restart the system.6. Go through the first four steps again and uncheck the item mentioned in step 4.
Basically you need to reboot the computer in "Safe Mode" (F5 or F8 when starting Windows) and delete the entire directory (C:\Setup_TD.EXE\) from you system. Then reboot the system and bring it up in normal mode. Run AVG again and see if it still detects the file.

What I used to finally get rid of it, after trying alot of things, was a combination of a free anti-virus program called "AVG" and another free scanning program called "Ad-Aware". Download the programs to your computer. Then run them in safe mode if posible. Remove anything that they find wrong. Using AVG 6.0 told me which file was infected w/ Trojan horse downloader.turown.H. AVG was able to heal one of my files but not the other. I simply used Windows Explorer to find the infected file and then while pressing the "shift" key, I pressed the "delete" key to delete the infected file directly from the hard-drive without putting it into the recycle bin. To confirm that I no longer had any infected files I performed another "complete test" of my hard-drives. Voila! Success, no infected files found.
