Use AVG antivirus program and keep updated on internet. The latest version is AVG 7, but AVG 6 will work.
Do a complete scan: the Tropjan will be detected and cleaned away.
I recently acquired this file and successfully removed it (from Windows\Temp\ICD1.TMP\DMPROXY.DLL)
I think that some more info is needed like what operating system you use, have you tried to do it from a bootscan, what virus detection system do you have before this can be answered.

I have just updated my free AVG 6 anti virus program today and it caught and healed the Trojan horse downloader.Siboco.B virus. so my suggestion to you is to update your AVG.7 or download the free one.
I found this Trojan with my AVG V7 and it could not heal or remove it. AVG did identify it as being embeded in the file "D:\Temp\Sentry.cab:\Sentry.exe"I can't save if this would be advisable for everyone to do but I deleted the "Sentry.cab" and it hasn't turned back up in the past few days nor does there seem to be any adverse affect on my PC from the deletion.
Run the free antivirus utility, AVG Anti-Virus System - Free Edition. Available at http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/
b. Trojan Horses
Turn Computer off... Turn back on, continuously holding down the F8 Key so your computer starts in Safe Mode. Click on Safe Mode, press enter. Run the AVG complete scan while in Safe Mode. Then turn off your computer and turn it on regularly. If you don't have AVG, it is a new anti-virus system that can be downloaded at grisoft.com. Make sure you get the free version!
To get rid of that Trojan file turn off System Restore and restart your computer then run another virus scan and it should come up clean. AV programs can't remove virus/virus infected files from System Restore. Don't forget to turn on System Restore again after you do the above. To disable Windows XP System Restore right click on My Computer, click on the System Restore tab and select Turn Off System Restore. Don't forget to turn it back on after doing the above.
